They had incredible customer service AND the best rates around. I would not hesitate to book them again! Communication was superb between bus driver, scheduler and driver. Communication was so good that I did not worry at all about my upcoming large event. When the driver arrived the bus was clean, driver exceptionally professional and confident in the route.
